MEET 

Hello there! My name is Tania Zapien, and I am a music and portrait photographer based in Austin, Texas. Growing up in the live music capital of the world, I was surrounded by live music from a very early age.  At age 6, I attended my first SXSW music festival and was never the same! I started photographing shows out of my love for the live music scene. Going to concerts and experiencing my favorite bands along with hundreds and thousands of other fans, gave me a high unlike anything else. Now, at 25 years old and after studying editorial photography for 4 years, I am pursuing a Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communications at Texas State University, hoping to one day work for a music publication and pursuing my passion full time. I am available for hire and travel and would love to go on the road soon!
